In December 2005, the Chairman of the Polish Rail Transport Office (UTK) issued a licence allowing FPL to carry out railway transports of goods and passengers and to provide traction vehicles.
In 2006, the Company obtained the remaining mandatory certificates and licences and achieved the current status of a fully licensed railway undertaking in the Republic of Poland.
